The new C360 has a CREATE button that allows you to ‘create’ a Timeline Activity, CTA, CSQL Lead, or a Product Request (with the upcoming ProductBoard integration).
I want to add the option to ‘create’ an email, which would open up Email Assist 2.0 and allow me to either draft a new email or select an email template to send. It would also allow me to take advantage of the open and click through rates information possible with Email Assist.
I often have to jump out of Gainsight into my Gmail to send an email off to my customer based on information I am sharing from within Gainsight. So I’ll juggle having different windows open on different monitors. It would be much easier if I could pop open an new email within Gainsight, select a template and send it off.
