Hi, Today I received a message from a customer/community member. He wrote: if you want to look back in your own reactions (or those of others) you see the following for each reaction: In the image above you see:
- Author: Koos
- Title: yellow, with link to the first topic post
- Response: yellow, first few sentences of your own response with link to topic
- Category: green and orange with links to categories
- Viewed: yellow, with link to topic
- Number of Comments: blue with link to last comment in topic
- Time last response: blue, with link to last response in topic
The customer/community member is concerned with the "Response" which is marked in yellow because it points to the topic and not to the post of "your response". This means that he can’t jump to his response, but only to the post itself or the last response. Some topics have many posts, so it is difficult to find your own (or that of others) full response. The customer/community member has viewed the HTML and it appears that the first two yellow blocks actually each have their own reference (therefore two and not one), so it should be possible to have the text refer to the actual post. Can you tell me if the idea from my customer/community member will be possible in the future?
Best regards, Evelyn
