Regarding Regarding Gainsight Associate Admin Certificate: Level 1, there are a total of 3 attempts allowed. The gap between the first attempt and the second attempt is a minimum of 24 hours. Could you please provide information on what the maximum gap duration is?

      Hello @swetha there’s no requirement to complete a retake in a certain amount of time. Also, we recently moved the Level 1 exam to Gainsight University and off of Webassessor, and we had to remove the 24 hour wait between the first and second attempt. We still strongly encourage folks to review the training content before making a second attempt!
