Hey Everyone,  I am not quite sure when my session is yet (we are moving some things around), but wanted to share with you a little information about my session:

I’ll be sharing more deeply about the onboarding process for our customers at Handshake and how we have crafted was we think is a healthy balance of infusing technology for efficiencies while keeping humanity at its core. We made many mistakes along the way and hope to share them with you for us all to learn from and iterate on.
