以前、サポート対応にて、タイトルの「解約企業」については、「利用終了日」を用いて作成する方法をお伺いしました。こちらを応用し、更新した企業のスコアカード、メジャー毎レポートを作成したく、「更新日」を使ってレポートを作成したのですが、月次で出るはずのレポートが、なぜが7月と10月分しか出ず、かつ件数もとても少ない状況です。。改善方法についてお伺いできますと幸いです。 ※弊社環境上での該当レポート名「★編集中:スコアカード_活用度_更新月ごと 」

Does the Links clicked use an OR condition or an AND condition on the links. So if I enter multiple links, do all of them have to be clicked or any of them?  If it’s AND, how do I implement an OR

100 percent of the time if i try to build an email template, the preview comes out fine but the actual test email that gets sent the formatting is all off, Fonts, Sizes, Spacing, text colors… nothing matches what i actually designed. Will the template editor ever get fixed?

Hi PX peeps.I have noted a click event from aptrinsic in the network of my browser. I would like to report on the clicks with search queries. It looks possible.Any one got an idea. UPDATE: should be CLICK event in the subject not lick event. that would be weird. 😂 

We are working on a renewal engagement that is triggered by a JO. Suppose we add some of the renewal stages to the audience in PX, saying they can only be ‘Renewal’ to see the engagement.  Person A qualifies for the engagement today. They don’t login right away to see the engagement, but the next day that ‘Renewal’ status changes to ‘Paid’, meaning they would no longer qualify for the engagement according to the PX audience logic. They finally login the next week. Would the engagement show for them?

Is there a way to set up automated emails to user segments instead of roles? I’m trying to automate our gamification program email to congratulate the member and include a link to claim their prize, however right now I’m only able to ship prizes to community members in North America, so I don’t want the email to go out to anyone in another region. 

Afternoon!Went to access the New Dashboards today get this error:“Your Gainsight access is currently restricted due to authentication settings. Please contact your Gainsight/CC admin for assistance.”I’ve not made any changes to my Gainsight account, so not sure what’d be causing it! Any ideas?

I am trying to re-establish our timeline to SF activity sync. This is currently set up to sync to Salesforce Events but the sync is throwing errors because the timeline entries have no duration. We do not (and will not) require that CSMs add a duration or end time for all timeline entries. Gainsight Support says there is no way to automate a work-around to this. Does anyone have a creative solution? Are you logging to Salesforce Tasks instead, even if timeline entries are not actually “tasks”?

Hello Gainsight Community,My Gainsight Admin and I are trying to use the Packed Bubble report type to group our customers together by Billing Location. End goal is to have visibility into which locations have the biggest pockets of customers and signal to us to evaluate starting a new user group in the area.Our initial filter is the Billing Location State. What we’re finding is that the Report stops at the letter M, and we’re not seeing any entries that go to a state beyond M (Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, etc). Is there something very obvious we’re missing? Is there a limit on the number of records you can generate with a Packed Bubble report? Any help here from more experienced Gainsight users would be appreciated! -Ben

Is there a way that I’m not seeing to remove someone from the list of registrants for a Community event? We have a gated Community, and one of our customers informed us that one of their employees has left; they want to remove his name from the registration list for an event they’re hosting to free up capacity. Even though I have banned the user in question, they still appear as registered for the event, and I don’t seem to have a way to remove them. Has anyone else run into this? Are there registrant management options I’m missing somewhere? Thanks!

Hi there! Wondering if Gainsight offers any metrics on the default language settings chosen by user accounts in the community or if anyone tracks this and how? We can see what IP address/country users are coming from, but don’t necessarily know what language they’ve chosen to view the community in.

We have updated lesson titles across multiple courses; however, the Search function is not reflecting these changes. In cases where titles were significantly revised, affected lessons are not appearing in search results at all.I have had a support ticket open regarding this matter for four months without resolution. Given the direct impact on the student experience, I wanted to reach out to the community:Has anyone else encountered this search indexing issue? Have any workarounds been identified that could restore search functionality in the interim?

Hello - I am trying to delete 4 knowledge base categories that we are not using. When I attempt to delete the categories I receive an error saying the category has active or trashed topics. I’ve double and triple checked that no topics exist in the content overview or the trash can.Any thoughts?

One of my strategic CSMs is interested in getting the Meeting Prep PDFs delivered via Slack. She’s already receiving it via email, but would like both.I’ve already enabled the AI Meeting Summary Slack notification, but I don’t see anything for Meeting Prep. Hi all. We’re preparing to launch our new Community end of October. I’m thinking about whether or not to use a Knowledge base in the Community, when we already have a very comprehensive and publicly accessible Support platform with Zendesk, and University courses and videos with Skilljar -- both of which will be accessible in the Community via federated search. We don’t want to duplicate that content in the Community.  So I'm thinking of things like this for the Community Knowledge base:Us vs. Competitors (great for SEM) Checklists, How To's and other content produced by Product Marketing (some of which is on our website) Helpful resources by our CS org having to do with adoption or deeper engagement with our softwareWould love any other ideas!

Documentation says to go to Cockpit>Playbook and then I can add a Playbook.  I don't have that option, is there somewhere I have to enable Playbooks or what?

We are working on a program that would nudge new users to complete our certification courses in CE. I’ve created a query that will check their status and show them a PX engagement. Our goal is that we would like to send them a second nudge via email N days later if they have still not completed their certification. I added a delay step followed by an evaluate step that includes Course Name and Course Completion. My question is: Will this evaluate step look at the live data after the 30 days (so picking up if they completed the course in that time) or will it evaluate using the same criteria the user was qualified with in the first step? I don’t know if I need to do a second JO for the email so it evaluates every after N days.   

I’m working on an unpublished program, and have added a new calculated field that I wanted to test but remembered after creating it that it cannot be used in variant filtering, ok no problem. Delete the calculated field. Then, every single action in the program had an error icon. Even wait steps. Even steps that had no connection to that field at all. In fact, none of the steps referred to that field. This program has 35 actions. THIRTY FIVE steps that need to be reviewed just to hit ‘Save’. It’s exhausting. 

Our team is excited about the new Attachment functionality in the 360 views, but they’re reporting a ton of spam in the auto-logged attachments from Timeline. This stems from attachments from email signatures adding a ton of noise / spam to their attachment lists. Is there any way to prevent certain attachments from showing in the Attachment tab of the 360 views? 

Ultimately, we want our customers to mark the best answers, but we also have moderators who perform this task. I would like to run a report to determine whether the customers or the moderators are marking the best answers. Is there a way to do this?

I wanted to see how other users manage KB guide images, since you cannot copy and paste them from a Google Doc without getting an error. Is there an integration you’re using?  Thank you ahead of time!

It would be handy to add Tags to events such as Industry and Region. Then people could sort by the tags to narrow down just the ones that interest them. Any plans for this in the product, or ideas how to handle?
