I’m running into issues with cyberduck.  What are other ways I can update data on the C360 from data in a csv?

Is anyone else experiencing issues with the Callout boxes? All of our existing article drafts are not showing them. When we select the Callout option, none of the colors are available.  

Hi!One of the biggest struggles our CSM’s have with GS is logging timeline activities to accounts that have multiple locations. For instance, we have parent accounts in Salesforce and under those parent’s we have the locations. When logging to the timeline they log to the parent however they would really love if when they log to parent, it can log under the child as well. Timeline activity reporting isn’t accurate because of this. Any solutions?

Hello,Has anyone had success syncing Zoom events to their Gainsight calendar? I have it all working fine, but Zoom isn’t sending over any description. I’m curious what endpoints you’re using to see if I’m on the wrong track.

Is there a way in Staircase to do more historical reporting? My use case is understanding the time between signal detection and resolution, as well as understanding if that resulted in a deflection/save (shout out to ​@dcassidy’s post here: ).This is less for CSMs day to day and more for business reporting, but it might still be useful for CSMs to know. In theory, you could write the events to Gainsight CS if you also have that tool, but it’s sort of unclear how that would work. It looks like you just write to a field, which implies you just overwrite a field constantly, rather than creating event records. So then you write THAT value to some time series data...but that seems to get messy.

What exactly is the goal of Home vs Dashboards?  We are trying to determine what reports should live on Home and which should be reserved for their own Dashboard.

Hi all!  I got a question from our CEO and CMO and dDirector of PM why the community is not on brand and using our fonts according to our brandbook… I was a bit confused because for me everything looks on brand and styling is working… But after some digging we saw a common factor… they are all working on a Mac with Safari as their primary browser. Do others also run into the issue that the community as designed does not look how its supposed to look in Safari? And do you have any workarounds for it?

Is it possible to show the Announcement Card on Knowledge Base category/pages as well?Currently, it appears on individual Knowledge Base articles, but we would like to display it on the Knowledge Base page too.Please let us know if this is supported or if a custom solution is required.

We have identified a date inconsistency in the Announcement card widget.Issue:The Announcement widget on the homepage displays a different date than the actual published post.Example:Announcement widget displays: "8 days ago" Opening the announcement post displays: "2 days ago"Based on our investigation, it appears the Announcement widget may be using the draft creation date (or original creation date), while the post page displays the publication date.Question:Can you confirm which date field the Announcement widget uses?Expected Behavior:The Announcement widget should display the publication date (the same date shown on the actual post page) rather than the draft creation date, as the draft date is not relevant to end users and can be misleading.Could you please confirm whether this behavior can be configured or if it is a product limitation?Screenshot: 

I know you can "Subscribe" to community forums, groups, events page...etc., but what about the "unanswered questions" page? There isn’t a “Subscribe” button it like the others.I'd love the ability to do this - does anyone have suggestions for how to do that be it a custom widget, coding...etc? Or maybe a really simple way already exists? 😀

Hello! I’ve started to experience some issues with searching in my community because of keyword similarity, and I’m hoping to understand all of the options available to me. Recently, my company acquired a new product called “airfocus”, and now any search for “AI” (which is also a very significant topic for us) is dominated by airfocus-related content. I understand based on this documentation that there are quite a few factors that are weighted when displaying search results. My question primarily has to do with keyword match - in this case, I would think that searching only “AI” would be a more accurate, perfect match for our AI-based content that has only “AI” in the title, rather than airfocus-based content which simply contains the characters “ai”. However, this doesn’t seem to be the reality. Do we have any options here? Is there some way to indicate that “AI” is a more precise match for “AI” than “airfocus” is? 

いつも大変お世話になっております。Chromeの拡張機能である「Gainsight Assist」を利用しております。こちらの機能を利用するとメールドメインを判定して、その会社のカンパニーにタイムラインが自動的に登録されます。こちらの機能については、カンパニーではなく、リレーションシップ側に登録させることは仕様上できるのでしょうか？

Hi everyone, I’m trying to insert an activity to the Timeline and have it be linked to a specific CTA. In my use case, these are onboarding CTAs that are linked to the opportunity through the GS opportunity object, and the users are logging their events automatically from Google Calendar to SFDC. Right now they need to manually log them again in Gainsight if they want the link to the CTA, and the OOTB sync does not link it to the CTA, but I can easily find them with a rule and call the API to post these since I have the link to the CTA through the “Cockpit Associated Records” object. My only problem is that when I call the Timeline API I can only pass “Company” or “Relationship” as a Context Name value. From what I see in the reports, the value should be “CTA” and the Context Id should be the CTA GSID, both of which I have. So is there a way to actually do this or is this an improvement request for the API?
