I’m really pumped about Skilljar’s MCP capabilities Curious if there’s been any amazing use cases shared out thereOne thing I’m hoping to use MCP for is to create some amazing dashboards/reporting that can be accessed to anyone as we have some delays in getting our SFDC integration and Dashboarding set up - so I’d love to democratize visibility into Course CompletionsRegistrationsetc etc… Account and User level data ​@ahumitz got any. ideas? ;) or anyone you can point me to? 

Hi everyone, I’m trying to insert an activity to the Timeline and have it be linked to a specific CTA. In my use case, these are onboarding CTAs that are linked to the opportunity through the GS opportunity object, and the users are logging their events automatically from Google Calendar to SFDC. Right now they need to manually log them again in Gainsight if they want the link to the CTA, and the OOTB sync does not link it to the CTA, but I can easily find them with a rule and call the API to post these since I have the link to the CTA through the “Cockpit Associated Records” object. My only problem is that when I call the Timeline API I can only pass “Company” or “Relationship” as a Context Name value. From what I see in the reports, the value should be “CTA” and the Context Id should be the CTA GSID, both of which I have. So is there a way to actually do this or is this an improvement request for the API?

Hello, Is there a way (or an existing idea) for a dashboard for administrators in CS? This would contain operational/SRE data, such as failed rules, failed integrations, and so on, without having to pivot all over the product to find these individual issues. I know there’s the option to see these in email or via the analyzer, but a single pane of glass view into the operations of the instance would be phenomenal. 

Hi all,I’ve built a Workato recipe to take an RSS feed and publish items in it as Product Updates. I’m running into a strange issue, though.The items get created then published, but within a couple minutes have been turned back into drafts. I don’t see them marked as spam or anything that would suggest they’re getting caught in moderation. Has anyone run into this or have ideas of what might be causing it? Thanks!

Team,In the Gainsight Marketplace, I noticed that Champion is listed as having a direct integration with Gainsight. However, I haven't seen Champion available among my connectors.Is this a native connector that should be available within Gainsight, or is it an integration that is configured from the Champion side with Gainsight?If anyone can provide some clarification or share their experience with this integration, it would be greatly appreciated.https://www.gainsight.com/marketplace/item/champion/

Currently, the unread topic functionality is working only after users manually enable the below setting from Profile → General Settings:“Display numbers of new community activities”Issue:By default, this setting is set to “No” for users. Because of this, unread/read topic highlighting is not working initially. Users must manually change it to “Yes” and click “Save changes” for the functionality to work.Expected behavior:The setting should be enabled (“Yes”) by default for all users. Existing users should also have this preference enabled automatically.Could you please confirm if there is any admin/backend configuration available to make this enabled globally for all users?

Good Morning Gainsters,We would like to pull content from either Contentful or Acquia into our Community and make it available to logged in users. I know there are no native connectors, but is this something that could be done with the new developer portal functionality around connectors? Or any other way? To the wider community has anybody managed to do this for either content source?Thanks in advance.  

リレーションシップをジョインしてそのGSIDをスキーマとして採用した状態のデータデザイナーを作成した。そのオブジェクトをraw_dataとしたレポートを作成したが、ホームに出そうとすると「紐づけられない」とエラーが出る。理由を知りたい。

単純な質問（確認？）なのですが、、、Gainsight CSの右上にあるプロファイルボタンからメニューを開いたところにある、「コミュニティ」へのリンクがありますが、ここのリンクが”https://community.gainsight.com/xxxxx”を向いており、先日まではcommunities.gainsight.com配下へリダイレクトされていたのが、今はリンク切れになっているように見えています。みなさん、一緒でしょうか、、、？  

サクセスプランの運用方法変更に伴い、既存のサクセスプランを一括削除したいです。Gainsightアプリに質問した方法ですと、Mass Edit機能を使うとありますが画面に見当たりません。ルールエンジン、APIでも削除できない認識です。どのように一括削除すればよいでしょうか？  

サクセスプランのCTA・タスクと、コックピットタブで手動で作成したCTA・タスクをレポートで一覧化したいです。レポートにて「オブジェクト＝CSタスク」で一覧化したところ、コックピットタブで作成したCTA・タスクが表示されません。どうしたらよいでしょうか？ ▼レポート▼サクセスプランタブ▼コックピットタブ→記載の３タスクがレポートに表示されない 

スペース招待メールの期限が過ぎた場合の挙動について質問です。期限が切れた時はメールを再送信する必要がありますでしょうか？「新しい招待リンクは、有効期限に関係なく、以前のリンクと完全に置き換えられます」と記載があるため、リンクの有効期限を延ばすだけでよいのか、メールを再送する必要があるのか気になっています。 ▼スペース招待画面 

ユーザーの削除方法をご教示いただきたいです。 【背景】現在、アカウント使用しなくなったユーザーは「inactive」にする対応を取っています。レポートでCSMを「グループ分け」に追加した際、inactiveにしたユーザーも表示されてしまいます。フィルター条件で除くことも可能かとは思いますが、全レポートにフィルター条件つけると条件漏れが発生する可能性もあるため、物理的にユーザーを削除したいです。

契約レコードの同期方法について相談です。 現在Salesforceでは、①契約オブジェクトと②CSが管理する顧客のオンボーディング情報を持つオブジェクトが分かれて存在しています。②をgainsightのリレーションシップに同期しようとしているのですが、①の契約オブジェクトはどこに同期するのが良い等ベストプラクティスはあるでしょうか？カスタムで作るべきか、標準でふさわしいのがあればそちらに同期しようと考えています

現在、space画面のAttachmentsに議事録・投影資料を添付してクライアントさんに共有する運用を検討しています。その場合、クライアントさんが見てくれたのか確認するために、ログイン日時や、Attachmentsに登録した資料のダウンロード状況などが見たいのですが、可能でしょうか。

データデザイナーから作成したレポートについて、レポート画面では可視化できるものが顧客のスペースに出したときにエラーとなることがある。エラーになりうる理由としてどのようなことがあるのかご教授いただきたい。

【実現したいこと】タイムラインに連携された各メールにおいて、「CSM（弊社側）が送信したもの」か「顧客が送信したもの（返信）」かを明確に区別できるようにしたいと考えております。【背景・目的】活動の質を分析するにあたり、CSMが一方的に連絡している状態なのか、それとも顧客から双方向の反応がある状態なのかを可視化したいという意図がございます。【質問事項】Gainsight側でメールの送信者（Sender）が弊社側か顧客側かを自動で判別し、レポート等で集計できるような属性データは保持されていますでしょうか。タイムラインのビューやレポート上で、これらを区別するための推奨設定（フラグ立てやカテゴリー分けなど）があればご教示いただけますでしょうか。 現状、ChromeのプラグインでGmailからGainsightにタイムライン連携をしています。From,toの情報はブランクになっていることを確認しています。
