JOでCTAが新しく立った人に対して自動的にメールが送られるようにしたいのですが、CTAの対象者をAudienceに設定する場合、Queryで新しくその場で絞り込み直すしかないでしょうか。CTAの対象者の絞り込みもルールエンジン上で組み立ててやっているので、それをそもそもデータデザイナー上でセグメンテーションしておいて、作成したオブジェクトを元にCTAのアクションを立てるような作りにしていれば、AudienceでもData Designerを選択してそのオブジェクトを対象にできるという感じでしょうか。この辺りの繋がりをどのように設計するのがよさそうかお伺いできればうれしいです。

Snapshotで推移を見たり、個別C360のマイルストーンでスコアの変動を見たり、レポートの矢印で変動を見たりはしているのですが、それ以外でCompanyのスコア変動を可視化し察知する手段はあるでしょうか？

いつも大変お世話になっております。Chromeの拡張機能である「Gainsight Assist」を利用しております。こちらの機能を利用するとメールドメインを判定して、その会社のカンパニーにタイムラインが自動的に登録されます。こちらの機能については、カンパニーではなく、リレーションシップ側に登録させることは仕様上できるのでしょうか？

logoに会員登録した後、スペースにログインしようとした結果「何か問題が発生しました」と出てきてしまう。以前会員登録したユーザーは過去のメールからスペースにいけるが、新規ユーザーができなかった（2026年6月2日に弊社6人全員が失敗）。試したことは、再読み込み、ログアウト後の再ログイン。

Hey there :)I am currently building another custom page for our knowledge base. What I would love to do is showing the most popular articles of the last 30 days. That means not the most popular topics we released in the last 30 days, but exactly those who got the most views in the last 30 days - does someone know if this is anyhow possible?I don’t know if it’s possible to link a html widget to the backend so it uses information from the analytics. We hoped to display the most popular topics of the last days because that’s likely something new users are searching when using the knowledge base so like the dynamic content widget but sorted by another variable.If somethings unclear, let me know - not sure if I described it properly. :DRegards,Paul

Is it possible to use a CTA and “escalate” it to a Customer Goal? Here’s my use case:Our leadership team wants more insight into the commitments our teams are making with customers. We have AI Follow Up turned on, so we would like to use the auto-generated notes and the Add CTA function there. If there is a broader commitment made to a customer, we would like the CTA to have the ability to be escalated or pushed to create a Customer Goal as Customer Goals are going to be executive facing.Is this feasible? Does anyone know of a workaround? Alternatively, if you have a similar need but a different workflow, I would love to learn more! Thanks!

I’m running into issues with cyberduck.  What are other ways I can update data on the C360 from data in a csv?
