I don’t really know where to start with this, so I’ll start with the top line request: Please support Custom Events for Cockpit and Tasks for Real Time Rules. The out of the box events are nice if you happen to have a use case for them but rules are most useful when they are robust and right now these are not. The lack of support at launch for custom events really should have been called out in the release notes themselves at the time of release in my opinion as well, not noted by omission of their support in another document as it’s a pretty important detail: I will likely have a different post on the existing documentation on this, but please upvote if you would like custom processes supported for Cockpit and Tasks in RTR!

Hey!Here’s to another consistency one: A call-to-action based event topic in real-time rules offers the following set of tracking:  Meanwhile, Company and Relationship both offer custom updates:  So why not just make custom updates available for the call-to-action event topic? Consistency and parity are the keys! Shouldn’t be too hard.  PS: event framework might be a workaround if only it was well documented… ThanksA

We have the Convert to Productboard Note set up and working. But it doesn’t send the user’s Company Name or Email in the Note. Please add. 

Here we go again. Admins received this notification yesterday.Just because we have turned on a feature doesn’t mean that Gainsight knows exactly how we’re using it.  How do we know that the guidance Gainsight will serve up on these features don’t contradict how we’ve instructed our uses to use them?There's more than one way to use Gainsight. Gainsight stepping in and just assuming we’re using features their way has the potential to confuse users and likely screw up adoption. Plus, sometimes an enabled feature is intentionally not in use. How would Gainsight know the difference?Not all customers are the same can't be all put into one basket. Gainsight’s idea of the best way to do things is limited to Gainsight’s “in the bubble” perspective. We face challenges that Gainsight does not, because their entire company is “all in” on CS. We have to curate and roll things out a certain way at a certain time.  Some Gainsight customers who are less complex and admins less experienced may welcome

Good morning! With other versions of community software I have managed, it was possible to post an image that would also double-up as a clickable hyperlink to another page; so for example, the BB Code would be: [ url=websiteexample.com][ imageexample][ /url] Of course, when you click on an image using the InSided software, this creates a full-size image view pop-up, so I understand why this wouldn't work, but it would be a 'nice to have' feature if there was a why to do this? We’d like to differentiate the system emails a user receives based on what particular topic they’re subscribed to. For example:A user is subscribed to 3 categories in our community (A, B, C).Category A is a general product news announcements category. Category B is a specific use case forum Category C is a best practices discussionWe’d like to design different system emails (new topic) for each different category. So a new topic email from the product news category would be a bit more robust...outlining a bit more of what’s included in the new topic. But a new topic email from the specific use case forum would be more minimalistic and to-the-point.The email campaigns won’t work because we can’t segment the audience based on subscription.

Hello Team,At present, the system tracks only the reassignment of CSMs, which means the initial assignment (when the field changes from null to a value) is not captured. For example, if a company without a CSM as a NULL and later reassigned to a new CSM, that initial assignment is not recorded in the CSM Changed Date field.Apart from this, all subsequent changes are successfully captured under the CSM Changed Date field.To ensure a more complete and accurate history of CSM ownership, it would be highly valuable to enhance the system so that the initial assignment is also tracked as a change, along with subsequent reassignments.

I originally raised this question here but wanted to formally convert to a feature request:Is it possible to configure the in-page embeddable widget to display only product updates? My use case: we host release notes in our community using the product updates module, and we’d like to display this content (and only this content) directly in our product. 

Hi! I would like to have a feature similar to the “data validation” one in Excel/Sheets, where you can choose beforehand either to reject the input completely or show a warning. I will explain with some use cases:  An Id number that has to have 8 digits A date field that can’t be set in the future A string that follows this schema: a letter, 7 numbers, and another letter: X0000000X.We can set controls afterwards, like rules and CTAs asking them to update it properly, but it would be much more efficient to avoid the problem altogether by avoiding human error.Thank you, 

Hi all,Instead of using picklists for everything, I feel it’d be useful if we could limit the input range in integer fields.Use case:We are measuring stakeholder relationship influence with a 0-5 range. This value is used in a stakeholder relationship health calculation, and we consequently need them as integers, not picklist values.Instead of using a picklist to force CSMs to pick a value between 0 and 5 R360 > People, and then having to use silly case statements in a rule to populate ANOTHER “hidden” integer field in our calculation, we’d like them to be able to just type in the number or use arrows to decrease or increase the previously set value without being able to go above or below the specified range.Proposal:Not sure why it’s not been requested before, haven’t found it anyway. Thanks!A 

Hi team,It would be incredibly useful if admins could create and manage a library of suggested prompts within Co-Pilot.This would allow admins to define and share the most relevant prompts for their users — tailored to their specific instance, workflows, and data. While the Key Definitions feature helps with context, having the ability to add custom suggested prompts would take usability and adoption to the next level.Is this capability planned for an upcoming release or on the product roadmap?Thanks so much!Alan

It would be great if, like other systems (such as High Spot) a user was able to easily embed a thumbnail/preview (image with a link) into mass send emails.
