Question

Is Pulse right for our team?

Our member-based (non-profit) organization just created a Member Success team that concentrates on engagement, member retention, and concierge service. It also is the center of our AI development for our entire team.

Would PULSE do us good to attend? Trying to create an argument for business justification.

    Hi @steviemcook

    Love the question! 😃
What you’re describing aligns really well with what Pulse is designed for. Engagement, retention, and delivering a more personalized member experience are core themes throughout the program. Given that your Member Success team is also driving AI initiatives, there’s even more relevance here.

Pulse offers strong value across a few key areas - from proven strategies to improve retention and lifetime value, to practical and forward-looking insights on AI in Customer Success. You’ll also benefit from connecting with 2,000+ leaders facing similar challenges, where peer conversations often add as much value as the sessions themselves. Even for non-profits, there’s increasing overlap with SaaS success models, making many of these learnings directly applicable.

There’s also a page tailored for CS leaders that could help support your internal case: https://gainsightpulse.com/us/cs/

Hope to see you and your team at Pulse in Las Vegas! 🙂

    Where focus goes, energy flows.
