So many of us who are in Customer Success are looking for the key to improve and drive adoption to orient our businesses toward customer retention. Great job @MattMyszkowskiand @shirley_chapman  for leading us in the right direction! What does it mean for the business when the product is geographically distributed and how does that impact adoption and NRR?
