I'm thrilled to share my experience at Pulse Europe 2023—an unforgettable journey that was nothing short of phenomenal. 
I’ve always been wanting to attend Pulse since God knows how long but 2023 was the year it finally happened. And boy-o-boy what an event it was. From all the great sessions by distinguished speakers, networking with all the admins whom I’ve regularly been talking to on zoom or slack community (it’s always great to have a face to a name, right?) and my friends from Gainsight where I had worked for almost 5 years.
The Global Gathering
Pulse Europe brought together brilliant minds from all corners of the globe, transforming the event into a melting pot of ideas, cultures, and perspectives. The energy was palpable as participants, speakers, and industry leaders converged to create an atmosphere buzzing with innovation and celebration.
Networking Extravaganza: The networking opportunities at Pulse Europe 2023 were unparalleled. Meeting like-minded professionals, engaging in lively discussions, and forging meaningful connections were the highlights of the event. The sense of camaraderie and the willingness to collaborate were truly inspiring. It was also a great validation that we are not in this alone. There is so much similarity in what we all are trying to achieve.
Social Highlights: Beyond the keynote and other tracks, the social events were a blast! Whether it was the Pulse party or the Product Council lunch, Pulse Europe knew how to combine business with pleasure. It was an excellent opportunity to unwind, make new friends, and share laughter with fellow attendees.
Gamechangers Awards: Celebrating excellence, the awards ceremony was a testament to the incredible work being doing in Customer Success. A special shoutout to my friend
Thank You to the Gainsight: Thank you for putting together another successful Pulse Europe. Your team truly know how do to events that are not just events but a celebration. Having worked at Gainsight, I know that #humanfirst is not just a tagline for you but you people live by it, and nobody embodies it more than Nick. He is truly an inspiration to everyone. Thank you, Nick and to the entire team at Gainsight.
