Calling all Customer Success champions!

As a Senior Manager of Digital Customer Success within BMC Software, I've seen firsthand how departmental silos can hinder our efforts. Everyone's focused on their own goals, leaving the customer experience fragmented.

Here's how a lack of collaboration hurts your customers:

  • Confused by conflicting information from different teams.
  • Stuck in slow-motion resolutions as issues get passed around.
  • Solutions that only address part of the problem, leaving them frustrated.
  • Feeling like they're just a number, not a valued customer.

But imagine the possibilities with customer-centric collaboration!

Join me and the amazingly brilliant, Victoria Barry at my session at #Pulse24!  We'll equip you with actionable strategies to:

  • Unify the business: Align everyone around the common goal of customer success.
  • Speak the same data language: Use data insights to make informed decisions for your customers.
  • Embrace a customer-centric mindset: Put the customer at the heart of everything you do.
  • Collaborate efficiently: Break down silos and work seamlessly across departments.

This session is perfect for you if you're a Customer Success professional who:

  • Wants to break down departmental barriers.
  • Seeks practical strategies for better collaboration.
  • Thrives on creating exceptional customer experiences.

@ckeyes_bmc It was an interesting session. I just have a question on how you track and ensure execution of risk mitigation efforts/plans after the risk reviews?

@Sowmya Vemprala I am so glad that you enjoyed the session! Tracking the execution of risk mitigation continues to be part of the risk reviews. They are part of an ongoing cadence. This also depends on the risk level, the risk reviews are for those high-risk levels within high ARR accounts. All other risks are part of reporting and execution is monitored by the manager.

How did you tackle the technical and organizational hurdles involved in integrating data across multiple platforms?
