Co-Pilot will be used in our organization by Admins and individual account managers.  We want to create "Rules of Engagement" that cover standard operating processes.  Has anyone done this?

Given the power and nature of CoPilot administration, Gainsight recommends as a best practice to limit access to CoPilot to your Gainsight Admin and any operations folks who will manage your 1:many outreaches. 





Even here at Gainsight, the CSM team does not have access to configure or trigger CoPilot outreaches. This is locked down to our Operations team.
