Export Custom Email Templates from Copilot

There is no ability to export the custom email templates from Copilot. It will be good if we have an Export option so that we can use the exported email template is other systems like Marketo

      Hi Lokesh,  If I can think of an export feature for CoPilot templates, it is like downloading an HTML file and importing it in another service (like Marketo).

      In the Email Templates, we have an option to view/edit entire HTML. I know this is not a true export or bulk export feature, but been there so that it gives anyone full control over HTML.

        Hi Lokesh - I was going to recommend that same option as Ankit. You can view and edit the HTML code by selecting these options from the template editor menu:



        This will also let you take a template from another system like Marketo and create it quickly in Gainsight. 🙂
