We'd like to be able to automate (via a CTA with aCoPilot template) outreach to multiple recipients at a customer at the same time. Examples include sending a best practice guide to our 4 key customer contacts after our KO meeting, or sending a survey to our 4 key contacts post deployment etc.
Is this possible? (and if so, how!)

H Andy, There can be only one recipient on the 'To' line -- this provides the context for token replacement, e.g. filling in the First Name. You an add more recipients on the CC line. Does that meet the use case? (BTW: including Survey in Email Assist is not yet supported...but we know it is very important!)
Hi Karl, I can't recall if this came up in a recent webinar but we'd love to be able to send "To" multiple contacts using email assist (rather than leveraging cc:). An example of when this would be applicable is sending a recap email for our Annual Planning and Review meetings with customers. The recap is typically sent "To" several of our main contacts with just a couple of executive sponsors on the cc: line. We would not leverage tokens in this case. Thanks!
This request came up again today and we are curious if it's on the roadmap for email assist? CSMs would like to be able to not only send "To" multiple contacts but also track opens and clicks. Thanks!
Agreed - this is really important. CSMs are sensitive to multiple contacts that are at the same level and not wanting to send an email with one (or multiple) of those in the cc: field rather than the to.
