Hi @Sougatoroy

The plan is to release them in Q1.

When you say Q1, do you mean April 2026 - June 2026?

Thanks!

@Sougatoroy Please let me know what you are specifically expecting from this release, as it will help us understand your needs better. This feature is currently in Open Beta, and you are welcome to opt in and start using the New Dashboards at your convenience. If you need assistance with enabling the Beta, feel free to reach out.

@Aleksandra

We are expecting a few new analytical fields in the upcoming dashboard, but we’re not certain whether they will be included. Additionally, we expect enhanced export capabilities in the new dashboard, including options for Audience, Engagement, Q&A, gamification, and related analytics

Regarding the Open Beta for our Community, we will not be transitioning to Gainsight SSO, as we have a critical security layer integrated into our existing SSO and plan to continue using it. For this reason, as previously raised, we are unable to participate in or access the beta dashboard.

As a result, we currently have limited visibility into the new features because of this security constraint. That’s why we’re requesting clarity on the expected release date or timeline. Knowing this will help us plan and make any necessary adjustments on our end, especially if the release is delayed.

We hope you understand our concern and the reason behind asking for a firm timeline.

@Sougatoroy

Thanks for sharing your thoughts! We’d love to hear more about what you’re hoping to see. If you have specific ideas or needs, please post an idea in our community. Your insights are really helpful in guiding future updates to meet your needs.

I want to clarify that Gainsight SSO will be required after the General Availability (GA) of the new dashboard. We believe that enabling access to these new features can provide significant value, and we’d like to work with you to find a solution.

Since we're planning to introduce some valuable new dashboards in the upcoming release, having access to these features would be beneficial for your team as well. I understand the need for clarity on the timeline; we’ll do our best to keep you updated as we move forward.
