Hi! I wanted to share a bit more feedback (if you’re still collecting it) for the Beta Dashboards. I know they’re a work in progress, so please disregard if these are items you’re already aware of or working on.
- Changes in filters don’t change labels. For example, in the Users dashboard, if I change the “Likes” graph to reflect Views, it is still labeled as “Likes Received.”
- Using the “Download Data” from one of the graphs results in a usernames column where each username is wrapped in an HTML tag (which have to be stripped out before being fully usable).
- Clicking on a username in one of the lists doesn’t actually go to that user’s profile (either in Control or the front end); it goes to an error page.
- The Top Users list is great, but it feels strange to me that it doesn’t show all the user data in one place; there are separate lists for Best Answer, etc. Would it be possible to aggregate them all in one place for a comprehensive data export of top users and all their stats? Or even to choose what fields/data to show per user?
- Finally, taking that concept further, it would be incredible to have the ability to create our own dashboards using the options and filters provided throughout, rather than just customizing the existing ones. To design my own widgets and create custom dashboards for specific teams or leaders would be huge.
