We want to make you aware of some important limitations related to the new Dashboards Open Beta:
To enable the new version of Dashboards, go to the Open Betas tab in Control and switch on the New Dashboards beta. Within 24-72 hours, the updated version of your dashboards will appear in your account, and we’ll notify you by email once they’re available.
- SSO Requirement: Access to the new Dashboards is restricted to communities that are SSO onboarded (Gainsight Control users SSO). Please ensure your SSO flag is set to "true" to enable login via the SSO screen. The traditional community login screen will not be supported for this beta.
- Dashboard Access: If you have both products—Customer Success (CS) and Customer Communities—only Customer Communities' control users with a Viewer_Analytics license in CS can view the dashboards in the community. If you have a lower permission license, such as an Internal Collaborator, please contact your CS admin to request an upgrade to Viewer_Analytics. Please note that changing your license will not impact any pricing or costs associated with your current setup.
- Session Issues: If you encounter issues accessing the new Dashboards, it may be due to a stale session. We recommend logging out and then logging back in to see if that resolves the issue.
