During our recent Office Hours, a customer inquired about the implications of updating a course title on customer experience, considering that updating course content influences both the learner experience and analytics (progress and versions).

When a course title is updated on a live course, that change made will be reflected across various analytics. In the Analytics dashboards from the admin/manager perspective, all previous and new data will display the newly updated course title. However, from the learner perspective, if a user completed the course before the title was updated, it will still be listed under its old name in their activity history.
