I would like to perform an analysis on communications sent from Northpass. to Identiy open rate, click through rate etc. Is there a way to do this?

In the communications tab, you’ll see an option called Delivery Log. Here, you can see what learner received an email, what type of email it was, the status of the email, whether the learner activated their account or not, and if they unsubscribed from CE emails. 

The settings also allow you to filter the messages so you can narrow down by a specific filter including  Message type, Email sent date and Status. 

 


Hello ​@cdonargo is there a way to download these reports instead of going through page by page?


@Keoni unfortunately there’s no option to download the data. I suggest using those filters to make the dataset smaller, even sorting week by week or by email type to limit the amount of scrolling. 


@cdonargo Would that be your best suggestion as well for a group message send of 3k+ users? or is there a tool I can use to better parse through the data
