How are you planning to launch your training?

Hey there everyone, 

Now that you have built your courses, here comes the part that a lot of people underestimate: Getting learners to actually show up.

As you move into the Prepare to Go Live phase, it's worth thinking beyond just publishing the course and into how you're going to tell people it exists, why they should care, and how you'll keep them coming back.

Here are a few questions to get you thinking:

• Who are you launching to first: A small pilot group, or your full learner base?
• How are you announcing it? Email? Slack? Manager comms? Something else?
• What's your plan for learners who don't engage in the first week?
• Reminder not to skip internal announcements so teams are aware this resource is available during customer conversations
