Here's something that trips up almost everyone when they start building their first course - learning objectives that sound right but don't actually help you build anything.

There's usually a pretty small difference between one that works and one that doesn't:

• ❌ Learners will understand data privacy 
• ✅ Learners will be able to identify three scenarios where customer data must not be shared

One tells you what to teach, how to assess it, and what good looks like, compared to the other
