Skilljar: Authentication for multiple Skilljar Domains

Hello All,

We have once skilljar domain active and connected to CC. The SSO is in place and user management is with CC.

We are in the process of creating a second Domain. How would hte SSO be set up in this instance?

I can only include one domain in the CC<> Skilljar integration.

Any help is much appreciated.

Hey @Alistair FIeld

Just following up on this. Single sign-on in Skilljar is configured per domain, so your second domain should be able to use the same Community-based login as the first. The limitation you’ve run into is the Unified Login setup in Community, which currently supports only one Skilljar domain.

Please don’t re-run the setup for the new domain, as this could replace the existing connection and affect login on your first domain.

We’re confirming the exact setup steps with Engineering. The likely approach is to copy the login configuration to the new Skilljar domain and add the new domain’s callback URL to the existing Community connection.

For now, could you let us know when you plan to launch the second domain and whether the same learners will be using both domains?
