SKILLJAR: LMS data in Gainsight CS

We are a Skilljar customer and are excited at the possibility that our training engagement data is going to be available inside Gainsight to help determine company health scores and create CTAs. Is anyone using this feature now and if so, I’d love to pick your brain to see how you’ve linked your accounts.

    Hello and thank you for the question. My name is Matt and I am on the Product team, happy to address your inquiry.

    Currently, there are two options to pull training data from Skilljar into Gainsight CS: directly via an S3 integration or through our Salesforce connector. Both paths import the same Skilljar dataset.

    And for importing Skilljar data via our Salesforce connector: https://support.skilljar.com/hc/en-us/articles/38190196480141-Gainsight-CS-Pulling-Skilljar-Data-into-Gainsight-Using-the-Salesforce-Integration

    Both articles also have recommendations and setups on the types of custom objects you can create to combine CS and learning data into meaningful reports. Please let me know if you have any other questions regarding these options.
