Offer learners more than one way to sign in
You can now set up multiple SSO connections (SAML, OAuth, OIDC) alongside native email/password login, all from Domain Settings. When more than one method is active, learners get a login selection page with labels you control. No services engagement required, and it's available on every tier at no extra cost.

Make your Academy discoverable by AI assistants
A new checkbox in Domain Settings lets AI assistants like Claude and ChatGPT crawl your public course titles and descriptions. Lesson content, transcripts, quiz questions, and SCORM files stay private. When learners ask an AI assistant about training you already offer, this gives you the chance to be the source rather than letting the answer get assembled from somewhere less accurate

Write your course titles for AI, not just for learners
If you turn on AI discoverability, treat your course titles and descriptions as the content AI assistants will actually read, because that metadata is all they get. Vague names like "Module 3" give an assistant nothing to work with, so front-load the specific problem each course solves. Crawling takes days to weeks, so the sooner your descriptions are clean, the sooner they're working for you
