Skilljar: Unable to Register for Anthropic training through SkillJar

I cannot register for any Anthropic courses including https://anthropic-partners.skilljar.com/claude-101 because I never get the email with the magic-code.
Steps to reproduce:
1) Open the website such as https://anthropic-partners.skilljar.com/claude-101
2) Click the Register | FREE button such as https://anthropic-partners.skilljar.com/checkout/1ocegatnvrr9n
3) Enter a valid email

I never get the email with the at the magic-code?authentication_challenge_id.

All support ticket requests are immediately closed.

    Thanks for your response. It helped a lot!
    You were very close. The team that should resolve Anthropic Academy is academy-support@anthropic.com, not support@anthropic.com but including support@anthropic.com was the trigger necessary to progress. After 4 days of multiple emails and auto-closed Gainsight support tickets, I was just now notified by the support@anthropic.com Fin agent that Academy Support has this afternoon opened a ticket.

      It doesn’t help much though because they are not responsive.
