Whoa!  10,000 users in the Gainsight community!  Congratulations to all the members who have created something incredibly special -- real engagement, real community. 

I am struck by how wonderfully the community embodies our concept of human first.  Within Gainsight’s product and engineering teams, the community has helped us always keep in the front of our minds that our customers are people.  We talk to them.  They talk to each other.  We learn their personalities and focus areas. 

To think that the little tribe of Gainsight enthusiasts connecting through the community nine years ago has grown to 10,000 is like seeing that we have more friends than we even realized.  Thanks for your friendship.
