JOB DESCRIPTION
As a key member of the Customer Education team, Docebo’s Community Moderation Specialist will help our organization uphold an educational, inclusive, helpful, and productive environment for members of Docebo Community. You will be responsible for moderating daily traffic in the community, fielding member and content requests, establishing and upholding moderation guidelines, and creating and improving upon moderation systems & procedures.
