Feature Updates on Gainsight Community

We're always making improvements to your community experience and we wanted a simple way to keep you in the loop when we make any changes.

Whenever we enable a new feature or make a change to the Gainsight community experience, we'll update this thread so you're never caught off guard. You can find this post pinned on the Community News page anytime.

⭐ May 2026

• Forethought AI Agent with Search: Improving the ability for our community members to ask questions, get conversational answers, and follow up in a natural back-and-forth dialogue, all without leaving your community. 

⭐ June 2026

• Language control: More languages added within post translations to make it easier to translate posts across the community.

⭐ July 2026

• Threaded replies: you can now reply directly within a conversation thread, making it easier to follow discussions and keep context in one place.

•  User profile moderation: We recently enabled this and it's been incredibly helpful in keeping spam accounts in check, especially during our recent spam wave. By catching these accounts at registration, we can keep the community clean and your experience here uninterrupted.
