Hey everyone,

Happy June! 🌻

We're officially halfway through 2026 (already?), and the community has been buzzing between Pulse season, new product launches, and some genuinely great peer conversations. Whether you've been deep in the threads or just dropping in occasionally, we're glad you're part of us.

Here's your mid-year community roundup. Grab a coffee.

Another Pulse is in the books!

Two days in Las Vegas, thousands of professionals under one roof, and more ideas per square foot than any place has a right to contain. Whether you were there in person or caught the keynotes from home - we all can agree that the energy was electric.

Relive the highlights and catch up on everything you may have missed. 👇🏼

🏆 Hall of Fame

Our top 3 members - @bradley , @DannyPancratz & @darkknight have held their ground with remarkable consistency. In a leaderboard that never stops moving, that kind of staying power says everything about their commitment to this community. 💪🏼

And the biggest mover of the year?  That's @dayn.johnson who climbed the leaderboard from 6th to 4th place.

That's no small feat. That's showing up, day after day, and letting the work speak for itself.🔥

🔄 Rewind & Refresh

You helped when it mattered!

The heart of this community has always been its people who are showing up, sharing knowledge, and helping each other out. And you've truly delivered.

Over the past 6 months, we've hit a milestone worth celebrating: the lowest unanswered questions we've seen in a long time within our product discussions.

That's entirely because of you. 💜

Here is a question from our friend @ahamburg9  that could benefit from your help!

Every thriving community has its cornerstones. This month, we're shining the spotlight on 2 incredible members who has been a wonderful part of our growing Gainsight community.

They’ve given back to this community quite often and I’m sure you would agree with me when you see their names. Get to know them more below! 🙂

What project or topic are you geeking out over right now?

I am currently scoping how to bring multiple languages to our community. We will be translating the site fully into 5-7 languages. We will be creating a navigation dropdown where individuals can select their language then be moved to custom pages fully translated into that specific language. Our product and marketing team will start to do release announcements, customer alerts and more in specific languages!

What's something people would be surprised to learn about you?

I am big into the stock market. I like following world news and looking at how things impact all different types of markets/prices of goods. My background music is CNBC or Bloomberg. I have been on CNBC twice discussing different stocks and industries.

What do you enjoy most about being part of the Gainsight community?

When I first started in community, a little over 10 years ago now, there was not a lot of help from others. It was so early in the space not many of us knew what was going on, to be honest! It was hard to get a real footing and figure out how to do things analytically, strategically, or graphically. As a community manager/engineer, I feel the need to participate in multiple communities. I find this extremely helpful because I can help others while seeing what's working or not on sites. Helping others in the Gainsight community is rewarding to me because I know it can really help someone else out in some cases. When I ask a question, I know I really am stumped. Being able to connect with others in Gainsight's community can be like mini breakout rooms around specific topics. You can really learn a lot regardless of your experience in the industry.

Nine years on this community and still showing up for all of us.

Link is as core to this community as it gets!

What project or topic are you geeking out over right now?

AI — no surprise there. I've got Anthropic's Claude wired into my email, calendar, docs, enterprise search, and every Gainsight product MCP server. Every day it does something that genuinely surprises me — things I'd never have the time, skills, or patience to pull off on my own. It's become less of a tool and more of a force multiplier.

What's something people would be surprised to learn about you?

I'm a semi-skilled adult "beer league" ice hockey forward, playing 3–4 games a week. Beyond the much-needed exercise, the friendships I've built on the ice over the years are some of the most genuine and lasting I've made anywhere. Hockey has a way of forging connections that stick.

What do you enjoy most about being part of the Gainsight community?

I use the community to learn and to give back — but honestly, that's not the best part. The best part is the sense of belonging to something bigger than my day-to-day work: a team of like-minded peers who share the same interests, challenges, and goals. That feeling of team is hard to find and easy to underestimate.

And that's a wrap! 🤠

Thank you for being part of this community. If there's something you'd like to see in future newsletters, drop us a comment below and we’ll do our best to include it in!

As always, feel free to reach out to us directly at community@gainsight.com.
