Hi All, Hope you all are doing well!

Most of you already know me, but I want to introduce myself and welcome new joinees to the community! I also want to encourage new users to introduce themselves here, so we can know each other better and communicate quickly.

I‘m Sai Ram and I’m the Community Manager at Gainsight, based in Hyderabad, India. I’ve worked here in a few different departments, and I’m knowledgeable with all areas of the products. I consider myself an expert on C360, Relationships, Scorecards, Cockpit and Timeline.

I’m responsible for managing Community communications and I make sure information flows fast between customers and the product team. I also monitor popular ideas from the community and help bring them to the attention of our product team. I’m also responsible for running periodic community contests.

I also spend a lot of time after work with my children, friends and on physical fitness.

Hello everyone, My name is Juan and I’m very glad to be here! 

I am the Head of Community at Personio where I lead the Voyager Community (both DACH & International) as well as our community event programs which help us create spaces for collaboration, networking, and co-creation—both online and in person.

I’ve been involved in the community space for well over a decade focusing on community management and customer engagement programs. I’ve worked with global brands like Stack Overflow, H2O.ai, and VerticalScope, creating and scaling initiatives that drive product adoption, brand advocacy, and customer success. I am the Community Manager at a tech company called SafetyCulture. I am currently based in Sydney, Australia.

I love long walks to the fridge and I love cooking but more so eating. To keep up with the eating, it means I also like going for runs and ocean swims.

Hi all! My name is Meredith and I’m a new Gainsight CC user based in the Bay Area, CA. I work at Payscale as the Senior Community Manager for our customer community, which we are in the process of migrating from Salesforce Experience Cloud to Gainsight (yahooo!). Looking forward to checking here for best practices and hopefully even advice on common pitfalls w/ such a migration that other members might have posted about. Lastly, for fun I love my pets and BBQ-ing (these two are not related).
