Hello everyone, My name is Juan and I’m very glad to be here! 

I am the Head of Community at Personio where I lead the Voyager Community (both DACH & International) as well as our community event programs which help us create spaces for collaboration, networking, and co-creation—both online and in person.

I’ve been involved in the community space for well over a decade focusing on community management and customer engagement programs. I’ve worked with global brands like Stack Overflow, H2O.ai, and VerticalScope, creating and scaling initiatives that drive product adoption, brand advocacy, and customer success. Hi all! My name is Meredith and I’m a new Gainsight CC user based in the Bay Area, CA. I work at Payscale as the Senior Community Manager for our customer community, which we are in the process of migrating from Salesforce Experience Cloud to Gainsight (yahooo!). Looking forward to checking here for best practices and hopefully even advice on common pitfalls w/ such a migration that other members might have posted about.
