JOB DESCRIPTION
As Manager Customer Advocacy, your mission will be to lead a global team of customer advocacy professionals to identify happy customers and to activate them into Docebo Fans. Activation into a Docebo Fan is done by inviting happy customers to take action by performing Acts of Advocacy for Docebo. Acts of Advocacy include actions such as participating in a reference call, working with Docebo on a case study, posting a positive online review, speaking at an event, among other actions.
