The Community This Week: Inspiring Ideas now Public on inSpired

I’m always in a punning mood, but it’s not everyday that a Community Manager, in this case Gainsight Digital Hub’s Community Manager, decides to take the entire list of formed and unformed Product Ideas in all shapes and forms, PUBLIC!

The Product is never, not evolving… and now anyone… Customers, Prospects can view why and how is the product evolving.

Saying that, @Alistair FIeld decided to flick the switch to make the Ideas module on the inSpired Community, Public!

picked up your giphy Alistair ;)

Literally a 2 click job as Alistair mentions, but it is a Big leap for our sister-Community for inSided (a.k.a. Gainsight Digital Hub), the inSpired Community, as you can imagine where you are opening up a function reserved guarded under a 2-step authentication process:

  1. Registered Community members who need to be logged-in
  1. but also tagged as ‘Digital Hub Customers

and dismantling those 2 steps to offer it criteria-less, fully Public!

So basically Anyone can view the Ideas listings https://community.insided.com/ideas

and links to individual Idea posts shared from that space without having to login.

Hear it in his own words on the many benefits Alistair looks forward to that enabled him to action this.

So we can View All Product ideas Even if we Do not have a login on inSpired or Gainsight does not even know us today… we’d would be able to view Digital Hub Ideas at all Stages… in the same way as we have been enjoying on GameChanger.

Simple step but brings a huge impact on UX, and Alistair hopes this opens up discoverability and dialogue within the massive untapped audience of people who are not Digital Hub Customers.

Go ahead, check out some of the ideas and register on inSpired to Comment and Vote!⬆️
