I wish more people knew this before they created their second, or even third accounts, primarily when they changed companies, they thought that was the end of the road for them on that account.
But fret not! Just email the admin team at community@gainsight.com and we will re-enable you on your account that you may not be able to access any more because of a change in co.s. We’ll find your profile update it and set you off from where you left. You retain all your engagement, content, points and badges.
