Welcome Community Managers! Please introduce yourself below and share what you’re hoping to learn from other community managers.
Group Purpose:
inSpired is excited to bring together B2B community managers who are interested in learning from each other. During each round table, we will discuss best practices, challenges, and ask questions regarding a dedicated community management topic. The conversation will be an open forum, where our team is only here to organize and facilitate the discussion.
“The role of community manager is sometimes compared to that of a party planner: You can’t do it all, but you try to invite the right people, introduce them to each other, create a welcoming and interesting environment, and keep the interaction going.” - David F. Carr

Hey! Juliana here. I am the Community Manager at Pipefy!
I’d love to connect with different Community Managers, exchange knowledge and share best practices!
Hobbies: traveling, reading, and hanging out with friends! I’m also a runner and I now I’m practicing climbing.
Let’s connect!
I’m Danny.
I’m the Director of Community at Unqork, a startup doing no code application development for the enterprise. Before that, I led communities around Google Cloud and SAP.
My experience is mostly in the event and program side of Community, and online community has only been a key focus of the past year or two.
So I’m looking to learn best practices and strategies around engagement for an online support community. And, more importantly, how I can evolve it from a support community into more of a community of practice.
Hello everyone! Glad to be joining this group exclusively for Community Managers. I am currently a community manager at Freshworks. I’m super excited to learn, share and grow with this community - around community engagement, content and user group strategies.
Hi everyone!
I’m Greig, the Product Owner for Veovo, developing software that runs airports. Community is within my remit. We started with moving our user guides into insided and are looking to further engage our user base in both ideation and best practice. I’m really looking forward to learning more about the ways other communities are growing as we’re very much more B2B. Any lessons we can learn from here would be fantastic for increasing engagement
Hi everyone, I am Thomas, Team Lead Customer Engagement at Personio. Personio is Europe's leading HR Software for SMEs - your one-stop HR solution with automated processes, seamless integrations, and data-driven insights.
We are working with inSided as our community tool since March 2020 and we use it for two languages:
German community: community.personio.de
International (EN) community: community.personio.com
Our goal is to offer service, networking and the best in class HR content to our customers and all HR experts in Europe.
I am very excited to connect and meet with all of you. Please don’t hesitate to ping me on LinkedIn too.
Best, Thomas
Hello everyone!
I am Idan, the Product Community Manager of Cymulate, a Tel Aviv-based Cybersecurity startup focused on breach and attack simulations that test organizations' security controls. Our online community will launch very soon, and I am excited to learn from all of you.
I’m Yum Darling, community manager at BetterCloud, a SaaS Management platform which allows businesses to discover, manage, and secure their growing stack of SaaS applications :)
I’m new at BetterCloud and to InSided, but I have been a community manager for almost 10 years (all were communities for people in the IT industry).
I love learning from other people and look forward to finding some best practices (especially for InSided).
When I’m not working, I love hanging out with my kids, cooking & baking, reading, sleeping, and bonding with my pets :)
Nice to meet y’all!
Yum
Hey all, nice to meet you. I’m James from the Typeform community team. I specialise in creating community content and organizing events alongside our customers, employees and partners. My background is in journalism and content creation and I’m pretty new to the community space, so looking forward to sharing experiences and learning from you community whizkids (or whiz seniors )
Scott, I’m the Community Lead and Product Evangelist at Productboard.
Hi! I’m Joe Huber and I’m the customer community strategist at Sprout Social. Looking forward to hearing about all the fun things you’re getting into.
Fun fact: @DannyPancratz and I used to play softball together. Danny was kind, polite, and played a great outfield. I would drink too much and then play middle infield and scream a lot. “PLAY’S AT ONE, INFIELD!” Did that bring on a flashback, Danny?
@joe.huber that’s accurate. I’ve been missing those days.
Hi everyone! I’m Chelsea Roberts and I’m the Community Manager at Blend, a financial tech company. We just launched our brand new community a month and a half ago, but I’ve managed communities for a few years previously at an HR Tech company.
Hi everyone!
I’ Stuart, the Community Manager at Dyson. I run their in-app and soon to be global EN community. This community is focused around offering a self served environment, enabling Dyson peers (Owners and Users) to support one another, ask questions and ultimately support each other. We/I can also share product insights and move into building peer groups.
It would be great to share insights on engagement, brand advocacy and retention. Also keen to look at how other CMs review their moderator KPIs.
Stuart
Welcome @Stuart.cruttenden and @Chelsea Roberts
