I’m the Director of Community at Unqork, a startup doing no code application development for the enterprise. Before that, I led communities around Google Cloud and SAP.

My experience is mostly in the event and program side of Community, and online community has only been a key focus of the past year or two. 

So I’m looking to learn best practices and strategies around engagement for an online support community. And, more importantly, how I can evolve it from a support community into more of a community of practice.

I’m Greig, the Product Owner for Veovo, developing software that runs airports. Community is within my remit. We started with moving our user guides into insided and are looking to further engage our user base in both ideation and best practice. 
I’m really looking forward to learning more about the ways other communities are growing as we’re very much more B2B. Any lessons we can learn from here would be fantastic for increasing engagement

I’m Yum Darling, community manager at BetterCloud, a SaaS Management platform which allows businesses to discover, manage, and secure their growing stack of SaaS applications :)

I’m new at BetterCloud and to InSided, but I have been a community manager for almost 10 years (all were communities for people in the IT industry).

I love learning from other people and look forward to finding some best practices (especially for InSided).

Hi everyone! I’m Chelsea Roberts and I’m the Community Manager at Blend, a financial tech company. We just launched our brand new community a month and a half ago, but I’ve  managed communities for a few years previously at an HR Tech company.

I’ Stuart, the Community Manager at Dyson. I run their in-app and soon to be global EN community. This community is focused around offering a self served environment, enabling Dyson peers (Owners and Users) to support one another, ask questions and ultimately support each other. We/I can also share product insights and move into building peer groups. 

It would be great to share insights on engagement, brand advocacy and retention. Also keen to look at how other CMs review their moderator KPIs.
