Hi everyone! 🙂

I’m excited to announce that we just launched our Gainsight MCP Prompt Library. The library is a growing collection of ready-to-use prompts and skills built for Gainsight's MCP servers, so you're not starting from scratch every time.

👉 Explore the prompt library

But here's the thing...

The most useful prompts and skills come from people actually using these tools day to day, figuring out what works and what doesn't.

If you've found a prompt that saves you time, surfaces something useful, or just fits neatly into how you work - we'd genuinely love for you to share it here. Drop it in the comments with:

  • What it does: A quick description of the use case
  • The prompt itself: Copy/paste ready
  • Which product: Customer Success, Staircase, Skilljar, Customer Communities, or Product Experience

The more people share, the more useful this becomes for everyone.

We'll also be featuring standout community prompts in the library over time, so this is a real chance to get your workflow in front of the broader Gainsight community.⭐

And for those who are not using the MCP yet or still getting started, we’ve got you covered!

👉 The AI Learning Hub is a great place to begin.

Can't wait to hear about what you're all building. 🙌

    Love this!!!
@Sanne van Opstal-Brakel maybe you could share more here about the VOC agent you created 👀

@romihache @dayn.johnson @Alistair FIeld, would love to hear if there’s anything you’ve been working on with the MCP recently!

@samanthahamlet  We aren't using the MCP yet as we're currently navigating our security clearance process.
However, I'm thrilled to explore the AI Learning Hub! It looks like a fantastic resource for beginners like myself 😊

Not specifically a prompt, but we’ve found some pretty great success with Claude live artifacts + the Gainsight MCP to help with:

    • Generating revised CS Sentiment based on internal templates, open CTAs & recent Timeline activities.
    • Assess the validity of open business objectives
    • Surface details into program metrics to folks who are less prone to log into Gainsight

Going the artifact route makes it easier to tie sources to each output and just generally a better UI for CSMs and other contributors who are a bit less AI-focused.

I have several ‘agents’ running that actually use the Gainsight MCP:

    • My Voice of the Customer Listener agents tells me what customers in the Community are talking about in regards to out product. It's gives me a top 5 of themes that they are discussing, the sentiment and more input. And also who should follow up. It only looks at CC data but in the future I want to add additional sources like our product feedback tool, support tooling etc to get a better over.

It is still in the experimental phase where it runs weekly, but I am considering changing that to monthly.

    • I have a community content analysis agent running. That looks at all content on there and suggest which content we can archive. this helps me keep the content on the Community relevant and up-to-date. It's more of a hygiene agent.

    • I have a search and content creation agent that identifies which content gaps we based on search results, search behviour and analytics on search and it looks at topics where we have no content or no clicks on. And based on that is proposes and writes 5 posts that I can potentially publish. This is actually a new one that I am working on and not publishing the content yet, but seeing what kind of posts it gives me and if it will help

    • Community adoption agent: It identifies who are my super users in my Community and at the same time who are ‘churning’ members that I should pay more attention to. It write a message that i can send them straight away. I have been experimenting with this one and I see some slight first positive results that members are coming back.

    • Weekly Community report agent: Identify weekly super users, surfacing emerging themes and suggests specific plays that we can do in a week. (not executing yet, still in experimental phase to see which results we get). Also generates a list of questions older then 24 hours with no answer/reply which we can collaborate with CSM.

@Sanne van Opstal-Brakel - Love all of this! I need to catch up with you and take some notes, especially for 1 and 3 :)
