Hi Scott - when looking at a rule in inspector, there is a file that holds all of the metadata. The objects in the file are encoded with something like T9. I’m wondering if there is some sort of data dictionary or key that is referenceable so that I’m able to take these pieces and turn them into human readable data. Our use case is, grab the metadata file and run it through a GPT to give a summary of the job and a step by step on how to rebuild based that we can attach to our build tickets.

We received a request from a CSM, asking:

Could we also get an idea of where in Gainsight each user is spending their time?  There has to be some type of footprint in the system that tells us where the users are visiting – perhaps module consumption?  It would be valuable to understand if people are most visiting/using CTAs, activities.  How can Gainsight break this down for us?

I saw that Gainsight360 should help in that department, but seeing we don’t have access, I learned from support: “I regret to inform you that the usage information we track is currently stored in an internal database within the US1 cluster. Unfortunately, your tenant is located in the US2 cluster, which does not have access to G360 at this time.”

Are there any options/alternatives we have at our disposal to obtain and report on this data?

Another question, if there’s time. I’m looking to build reporting on number of CSM logins over a certain period of time using the User Login History object. It appears to be counting all logins, including multiple logins on a given day. We’d like to report with just 1 “credit” if you will on a given day, regardless of how many times they may have logged in on a given day.

I think I’m getting there, but curious if you have ideas of a clean, more efficient way to do so that I haven’t yet figured out.

Hi! 

Trying to set up a JO so that the audience is either re-evaluated after a certain point using live/updated information OR as an alternative I am trying to have a second evaluation step based on live data. For example, if a specific field on the company object is updated since the start of the journey then the participant would be moved to a another branch within the program. Hoping to make it to the session today but if not I will be there Thursday.
