Let’s play another round - this one is a little tougher!  We have a WORD JUMBLE with all words pertaining to Journey Orchestrator (JO).  The game is below and in the comments I’ll add the hints to help you out!  The circled letters can be used to spell out the secret message at the bottom.  Good luck!! 🍀

Here are the clues for each of the words in the jumble above in order as they appear.  Hope you have some fun figuring these out! 😎🤓

  1. A Gainsight feature that leverages automation to communicate with customers at scale (2 words).
  2. The model used to collect transactional feedback (2 words).
  3. This is used to either determine next step in a program or use as a token.  Can be defined as part of the participant configuration or the conditional wait.  (2 words).
  4. A program step configured to determine program path (2 words).
  5. Used to define a group of customers or relationships based on criteria.
  6. Individuals selected to receive emails through a JO program.
  7. Communications intended to share important customer information (ie. Welcome Emails, Renewals, etc.) (2 words).
  8. The pre-built, configurable methods used to create JO programs (there are 4).
  9. A model used to send a series of related email outreaches (but not surveys).
  10. A multi-step, guided customer outreach.

@lisa.mirth This is my first attempt at this. In looking at the clues against the jumbled words, there appears to be 15 clues, but only 11 jumbled words. Am I missing seeing the rest?

yes, thank you it looks like it cut off the bottom of my screen…  let me get that fixed!!  thanks for the call out.
