This hands-on session walks Admins through:
- Creating custom objects, fields, and Scorecard measures
- Building risk detection rules with Rules Engine
- Designing smart Journey Orchestrator programs for targeted outreach
- Using CTAs to drive internal action
Special focus is placed on real-world strategies for reducing churn, prioritizing risks, and aligning CSMs with proactive customer engagement.

🧠 Who we’re looking for:
Admins with a few months of experience who can confidently build a Rule, JO Program, etc., without needing a step-by-step guide. This is a great fit if you're looking to learn how to build a process that spans multiple functions in Gainsight — from Risk Scorecards to Journey Orchestrator and CTAs.
