Upcoming Admin VILTs - Last Chance for 2026!

Hi friends,

We’re wrapping up the year with one last round of Admin training, and I know it’s short notice. Our Admin Practical VILTs run over the next two weeks, followed by the Admin Experiential courses on Tuesday, November 17 and Wednesday, November 18. For users new to the Gainsight Admin role, we recommend taking the following 6 core courses and in the sequence below:

• Admin Practical - Understanding Data Management
• Admin Practical - Using the S3 Connector
• Admin Practical - Rules Engine Basics
• Admin Practical - Rules Engine Deep Dive
• Admin Practical - Digital Journey Basics
• Admin Practical - Create Dynamic Programs with Journey Orchestrator

Additionally, you can choose from the following optional courses:

• Admin Practical - Scorecards
• Admin Practical - Data Designer
• Admin Practical - Report Builder Basics
• Admin Practical - Reports & Dashboards Deep Dive
• Admin Practical - Adoption Explorer
• Admin Practical - Designing Effective Surveys

And for Admins with a little more experience, who are looking to practice their skills:

• Admin Experiential - Mastering Data Preparation
• Admin Experiential - Design, Build, and Refine Dynamic Programs
• Admin Experiential - Configure Processes to Reduce Risk and Churn
