    Thanks @anirbandutta . The book is based on my 8 years of experience with Customer Success. Basically, I noticed that Data is critical for CSMs, however, without Data Quality and Integrity, we lose our focus. So, Data Governance is crucial for any CS Platform, and Gainsight is the best one in my opinion. In this book, you can read more about how to apply the right data governance to be sure that your decisions are made with the appropriate Data.
