@easton_taylor just getting around to watching this webinar and it’s incredibly helpful. Could you shed some light on how you would envision the logistics of the WBR changing if we aren’t quite up-and-running with our scorecard? For example, at ~20:45, the Scribe is making a timeline note on the Deployment measure of the scorecard. How might that be different if scorecard isn’t used yet at the org?

@sarahmiracle we are in the same boat it sounds like! What I have been trying out is, instead of making the update on a specific piece of our health score, making it on the overall score itself. With time I would love to get to a point where we are updating specific pieces of the heath score, but we are just not there yet with our Gainsight configuration.
