our community users need an email notification, when we post new events?
Is this already possible? We can we notify our users automatically when there is a new event?

+4We do have some upcoming improvements planned to the Events module over the next few months. Whilst I cannot confirm this 100%, it’s likely this functionality will be included. The only caveat being that our team need to limit the scope of the changes so that they can also begin work on another anticipated feature, the Notification Centre. So there’s a possibility that this could be postponed if time runs out.
I’ll be sure to keep you updated once I know for definite.
