Hi there! Wondering if anyone has run into this issue before on their community… Lately, we’ve had several users say they run into an ‘access denied’ message when trying to download an attachment, but then the issue seems to resolve itself several minutes later. Anyone know why this is happening?

This looks like something that support might need to investigate more on.
I’d suggest raising a ticket with them so you can avoid a recurrence.
