Hey there 👋

I’m curious to learn from any AEO experts out there. How are you keeping your library of community threads clean and up-to-date for AI-powered search tools?

Any tips or best practices for making sure your best (and correct) answers come to people using those engines?

@Jillian was doing something cool with this. I believe the TL;DR is that they’re taking human-conversations in the posts and summarizing, reformatting, and posting it to a specific forum that crawlers can use for LLMs, and that still looks good for users to read if they click on it from AI references and search results.

(Our forums are private, so we’re not doing this yet. But I’m monitoring the conversation.)

I used to work at an org that did a Support Question of the Week forum. Had support write up “how to guides” to better help users on common issues then used that for automations and AI learning.
