AI translation experiences

I’ll let other Community Managers share their experience with this functionality but I can confirm that all user generated content can be translated, including articles, product updates, ideas, conversations and questions.

You can see this in the Gainsight Community now, for example in the following Product Update:

I’ve just tested some pretty niche languages and it does a great job when I input the result back into google translate.

Let me know if you want to test this out and we can enable this feature in your sandbox for a trial!

@olimarrio as you seem to have some experience with this…

• In the GS community I can just select a few languages… and I decide myself which languauge I make available for transating? Or is this predefined? If so, which languauges are available
• Can I also report on if the translations are being used?

• Administrators and Community Managers setup the list of available languages for AI translations in the backend. I just asked our Community team to add some more for the Gainsight Community!
• We can track usage and share when needed. The data isn’t accessible within the product right now.

Actually, you do get data via the PowerBi connector about the use of the AI translations :-) I am using it.

And you can see if the user translated a specific reply or a full thread
