Anyone run a community bingo before?

Our Community kickoff is coming up in October and I’d like to do something special for it! We are looking at potentially doing a Community bingo (got the idea from another community) where we provide either a list of emoji’s that we will hide in several places for members to find, or provide a list of actions to take (complete your profile, ask a question, etc). 


Has anyone done this before and able to share about their experience? Would love to hear any lessons learned, pitfalls to avoid, and what really worked well. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I want to avoid hurt feelings as much as possible.

    This sounds amazing! I would love to hear how it went!

    We did an engagement sweepstakes last year (October actually) to drive enrollments where every action = a point and more points = more entries in our randomizer spinner, and youre spinning for a $100 GC. The engagement requirements were minimal: like a post = 1 entry, subscribe to the product updates = 1 entry, a post/reply to a post = 1 entry.

    We didnt get massive traction from it, but I think its because of other reasons that we are still finetuning. If it helps, this was our post overviewing the sweepstakes that our CSMs would point users to:
