Anyway to block access to profile info?

Good morning Community!

We recently had our partner team reach about about potentially creating a space in our Community where our customers could interact with our partners. We were thinking a group where their visibility was scoped to only that group.

Is there a way to block their access to our members’ profile fields as well? 

My concern is that our members share a lot of data that could be used to generate leads or targeted advertising and we want to avoid potential risks of that info ending somewhere it should not.
