Hi all,
I’ve built a Workato recipe to take an RSS feed and publish items in it as Product Updates. I’m running into a strange issue, though.
The items get created then published, but within a couple minutes have been turned back into drafts. I don’t see them marked as spam or anything that would suggest they’re getting caught in moderation. Has anyone run into this or have ideas of what might be causing it? Thanks!

Just wanted to check on your Workato setup. Are you using the create endpoint first, then following up with the publish endpoint? That's the intended flow, so if the recipe is only calling create, the post will stay as a draft.

A coworker is also seeing this happen with articles (without Workato involved), so I think it’s something on the Gainsight CC side and Workato might be a red herring.
