Is there an is issue with emails going out for badges?
We just assigned ~800 users a badge and all the email notification are being sent back as undeliverable.
It appears to widespread to legitimately be every email address.
Could it be an email rate limit thing?
If you ever had a profile with us, there's no need to create another one.
