Hi everyone! We are implementing the Community now and I’m working to figure out the right “ask” from our partners on how much time they should spend in our Community each week. Can anyone share what is in place for their teams?

I have shared what I put together, but I have no baseline for where to start so I came up with numbers out of nowhere 😅

@Matt Breneman I think this is a great starting point but also depending on how much active users you have in there and thus if you need all that support from the start. We just launched our community at the end of January this year and have around 1100 members now and currently I can still manage everything by myself as community manager (with a lot of product knowledge from working here +17 years). But I am having conversationw with CSM and Support for just a couple of ours a week to help out.

I think what I am trying to say, is don't ask too much if your team in the beginning when there is not enough work for them yet. Better to scale up and prove the worth of the community.

@Sanne van Opstal-Brakel Thank you for your feedback. Great things to think about. The nuance for us is that we have 12 different products 🙃 But I think you are spot on about not asking for too much at the beginning! It will definitely be easier to get buy in for a small amount and then ramp up as the community grows.

Thank you!!
