Is there a way to change the button text for the ‘Report’ button when you submit a flag? If you use the phrases toggle you can change pretty much everything else in that window, but not the text of the button?

Sorry for the delay as I was out. You can adjust this by creating a phrase in your phrases section:
Module: Forum
Key: Report
Singular: [Report - Text to be adjusted as needed]
